On the standards, conduct and expectations that apply to every person who joins Gorilla Construction WA Pty Ltd.
Dear Colleague,
On behalf of Gorilla Construction WA Pty Ltd, I would like to formally welcome you to the company. Your appointment reflects our confidence in your ability to uphold the standards this business has been built on, and I trust you will find your time with us both challenging and rewarding.
This letter accompanies your Employee Handbook and sets out, in plain terms, what this company stands for and what is expected of every person who represents it. I would ask that you read both documents carefully before your first day on site.
Gorilla Construction exists to build a disciplined, respected and scalable construction business — one that clients return to and trades want to work for.
Every project we undertake carries our name, our standards and our reputation. For that reason, each job is treated as though it were our own, and every person on site is expected to work to that same principle: our name is on it.
Regardless of your position, the following obligations apply to you from your first day and for the duration of your employment:
We are building something long term, something structured, and something that people respect. That work is only possible through the people who carry it out, and I am pleased that you are now among them.
Should you have any questions regarding your role, your obligations or anything contained in the Employee Handbook, I would encourage you to raise them with your manager or with me directly.
Yours sincerely,
